AVAILABILITY:
All my beads and jewelry are handmade, and there is only one of each available. The item you see in the photo is the exact one you will be receiving. When more than one customers happen to order the same item, that item will be available for the first customer only. In such event, I may make another one for the second customer or will refund the payment.
CUSTOM ORDERDS:
I welcome custom orders. I can make similar beads that have been already sold out, or the ones you find in my gallery page. However, I refuse to redo ebay auction set to be fair to the winner, or to copy someone else's work. I'm willing to discuss new design and ideas with you. But remember, I just don't do organic beads... they are just not my style.
PAYMENT:
Payment by Paypal is preferred. However, I accept Money orders or personal checks. When you're paying by latter, please e-mail me in advance: hiromi-moronese@hotmail.com The item will be shipped within 3 days after the payment is received/cleared.
TERMS OF SALE
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If within 7 days of receipt of the items you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reasons, please e-mail me first. You may return the items and I will exchange it with another item or refund the purchase price. Refund does not include return shipping costs. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were sent.
SHIPPING:
Shipping and Handling are not included in the item prices. For US customers, I use First class mail with delivery confirmation, which is $2.50. Priority mail is available at buyer's option ($4.50). Express is $15.00. Worldwide shipping is available via Global Priority mail for $6.50.
